Union Institute and University, abbreviated as UI&I, is a private-funded university headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio. It was founded in 1964. The university offers bachelor's, master's, certificate, and doctoral degrees in Business and Leadership, Education, Health Care, Mental Wellness, and Public Service and Social Justice. In addition, the university specializes in limited residence and distance learning programs. Lastly, UI&I operates satellite campuses in Florida and California.
