The University of New Jersey's public research university has three regional campuses, including the one in Camden. Camden, New Jersey, is the university's main campus. Rutgers-Camden, which was established in 1929, came into existence when the South Jersey Law School and the College of South Jersey merged. Rutgers University boasts more than 9,000 international students from nearly 125 countries.
