The College of Staten Island, also known as CSI or CUNY, is a senior college under the City University of New York. The college has a 204-acre campus and offers 5 types of courses, namely, bachelor's, master's, doctoral, associate programs and advanced certificate programmes. This public institution, founded in 1975, offers courses in 24 departments, including Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science, History, English, Management, Philosophy, Social Work, etc.
As of Fall 2020, the undergraduate courses are offered to 11,755 students by more than 1000 faculty members. The college has an acceptance rate of 91% on average.
