Savannah College of Art and Design is a private and non-profit art school established in 1978 in the United States. Its branches are located in Savannah, Georgia, Lacoste, France, and Atlanta. The college’s motto states that art is long, and life is short. Initially, in 1979, the college started with 71 students and a few faculty members offering majors in ceramics, interior, and textile design, photography, painting, and printmaking.
