Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University is a co-educational, not-for-profit, private university specializing in Aviation and Aerospace degree programs. Founded in 1926 at Lunken Field in Cincinnati, the origins of Embry-Riddle date back to 1925 when entrepreneur T. Higbee Embry and barnstormer John Paul Riddle together formed the Embry-Riddle Company as a flying school.
Today, the University offers over 100 graduate and undergraduate degrees in Aviation, Aerospace, Business,Engineering, Security, and Applied Science with a long and illustrious history.
The university serves students through its residential campuses in Prescott, Arizona and Daytona Beach, Florida, online programmes, and more than 125 worldwide campuses. It enrolled nearly 33,000 students in the academic year 2020-2021.
