Alabama A&M University, established in 1875, is a public historically black land-grant university in Normal, Alabama. It is affiliated with O.R.A.U. and ACES. The university grants four doctoral degrees, 23 master's degrees, one education specialist degree, and 41 baccalaureate degrees. The Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools has accredited it.
It has more than 6000 students, out of which 70 are Alabama A&M University international students representing various countries at the Alabama A&M University campus.
