Loyola University Chicago, established by the Jesuits in 1870, is one of the greatest Catholic institutes in the United States. It is an Illinois-based private Jesuit research university, and is one of the most sought-after institutions in the US Education System, offering a wide range of undergraduate, graduate, and online programmes in a variety of fields to students from all over the world. Moreover, Saint Ignatius of Loyola is its namesake.
Loyola University Chicago courses are offered through thirteen colleges and institutions, with over 17,000 students enrolled across 80 undergraduate and 140 graduate/professional courses.
